To install our app, follow these steps:
- Open the App Store on your iOS device
- Search for "Star - Social Media"
- Tap "Get" and then "Install"
- Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password
- Wait for the installation to complete
- Open the app from your home screen
If the app is crashing, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Force quit the app: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle. Swipe up on the app preview to close it, then reopen.
- Restart your device: Hold the side button and either volume button until the power off slider appears. Slide to power off, then turn back on after 30 seconds.
- Check for updates: Go to the App Store and see if there's an update available for the app.
- Reinstall the app: Delete the app and download it again from the App Store.
If the problem persists, please contact our support team with details about when the crashes occur.
To cancel your subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top, then tap "Subscriptions"
- Select the subscription you want to cancel
- Tap "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom
- Confirm your choice when prompted
Note: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
